Soak yourself in the soothing environment of the forests of Bragg Creek, and enjoy a relaxing and recharging forest meditation taking in the calming benefit of being amongst the trees. Time in nature can be a luxury for those living busy urban lives, and an essential step in the process of slowing down and de-stressing.
Following the forest bath meditation, we will take to the cabin (or oversized deck overlooking the creek, weather dependent) for a nourishing and delicious snack, followed by a second meditation.
